Nanoblock #1 and #2

It is strangely therapeutic to indulge in nanoblock-ing alone in the middle of a sleepless quiet night, listening to the pitter-patter of raindrops hitting against the glass windows, with Belle sleeping at my feet. Such peace, such tranquility. It accurately reflects my state of mind at this juncture – I am finally released from the pressures of securing a position by a certain deadline. True that it wasn’t the most ideal outcome but the sense of relief with the finality that came with it, I was not expecting.

The Chinese believe that a new year starts with the Lunar New Year. And with a new year, comes new beginnings. With improved luck, if God will.
